Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? No problem. Within the EU you have 14 days to return your order without giving a reason.

How it works

1. Tell us within 14 days after you received your order. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return, or use the form below.
2. Send it back within 14 days after telling us. We email you the return address.
3. We refund you within 14 days after you told us, including the standard shipping cost you paid. We may wait until we have received the items back. We refund with the same payment method you used.

Good to know

• You pay the cost of sending the return yourself.
• Try your item on like you would in a shop. Please return it unworn, unwashed, with the tags on, and packed well.
• If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
• Wrong size? Return it and order the right size. We do not do direct exchanges yet.
• Items made specially for you (for example personalised pieces) cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.
• Received a faulty or wrong item? That is never at your cost. Email us with a photo and we fix it.
